Many pocket pets (mice, rats, gerbils and hamsters) tend to have
fewer problems. An initial visit will hopefully confirm a healthy
pet by physical exam and include a review of proper care. Visits
for these pets then tend to occur as problems arise. Again, proper
nutrition and husbandry will provide preventative medicine.
